Shipping & Returns

All orders are dispatched from Ho Chi Minh City via Viettel Post. Shipping fees are calculated based on the carrier's rates.

Estimated delivery times:

• Ho Chi Minh City: 1–2 business days
• Other areas within Vietnam: 2–4 business days

We accept returns and exchanges for products that are unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with all tags attached.

Eligible cases include:

• Incorrect size
• Manufacturing defects or product faults

For size exchanges, customers are responsible for any shipping costs incurred.

For defective products, Plural Distance will cover all shipping costs related to the return or exchange.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for subjective reasons outside of the cases listed above.
